- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform technology investment decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on next-generation breakthroughs
- Manage strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future trends (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
