- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive tech opportunities
- Partner with product teams to align technology strategy with business objectives and user needs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology incubation projects with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions at enterprise level
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
