Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (2026-2030) and develop strategic implementation frameworks
- Design cross-functional innovation pipelines integrating quantum, AR/VR, and biotech convergence
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI decision-making frameworks
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and agile transformation
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their impact on global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products in quantum/AI/sustainability
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation circles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit) or AI Ethics (DeepMind)
- Experience with federal grant applications for DARPA/NIST initiatives
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
