- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with long-term business objectives
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with 3-5 year commercialization timelines
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, advanced robotics) for strategic relevance
- Design and execute technology roadmaps with 2026 implementation milestones
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Conduct competitive tech landscape analysis and patent strategy development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future technology initiatives
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic communication skills
- Experience building tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
