- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market opportunities and company vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitive technology developments
- Quantify ROI projections for emerging tech investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
