You'll collaborate with global R&D centers, patent new methodologies, and present strategic frameworks to C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap with 3-year implementation horizons
- Evaluate emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen digital ecosystems
- Present strategic briefings to board members and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption ROI and sustainability impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized AI
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Experience leading global R&D teams (100+ personnel)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
