Responsibilities
- Forecast technology adoption trends and market disruptions through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration (quantum, AI, nanotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Build partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation technology deployment
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or MBA from Tier 1 institution with focus on innovation management
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., foresight methodology)
