As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley disruptors, and UN sustainability advisors to transform theoretical possibilities into market-ready innovations. Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and product engineers in moonshot projects
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and UN Technology Innovation Labs
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board members with ROI modeling
- Champion ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology implementations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology transformation
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 5+ patented technologies or open-source projects with 10k+ stars
