- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business growth targets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology adoption with product development
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strategic planning experience with 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
