Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for strategic integration opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
