Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market predictions and organizational goals
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate tech disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Build and lead a specialized future technologies team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
