- Partner with C-suite to integrate tech strategy into corporate vision
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Present to board and investors on tech disruption opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Author thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, Web3, etc.)
- Executive presence with board-level communication skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/MS/PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
