Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating next-gen solutions into enterprise architecture
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging technologies through MVP launches
- Monitor global tech regulations and ethical frameworks to ensure compliance and innovation balance
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental learning within the innovation lab
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching at least 3 enterprise-level technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Technology Roadmapping)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience translating complex technical concepts into business value
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies (patents, white papers, or conference keynotes)
