Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized web infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems implementation
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for R&D initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Coordinate with global research institutions to establish industry standards for 2026 tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two commercialized technologies with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Rust) and blockchain protocols
- Experience securing federal grants for advanced R&D initiatives
