Responsibilities
- Scan global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive innovations with 2026 market potential
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging trends
- Lead pilot programs for emerging technologies including blockchain, AR/VR, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or spatial computing
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
