Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging domains including quantum AI, biocomputing, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into core product architecture
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and innovation KPIs to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
