Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with disruptive potential (2026-2030)
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate technical feasibility and ROI of innovations
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech into customer solutions
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives at scale
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech assessments or innovation frameworks
