Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems and service innovations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions addressing unmet market needs
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify breakthrough opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation portfolio impact and ROI
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching market-defining products with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, spatial computing, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives from concept to launch
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic frameworks
