Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech paradigms
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Experience securing $5M+ tech innovation budgets
