- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation portfolio performance
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation budget allocation and resource optimization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing innovation budgets >$10M
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
