- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough innovations
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web3.0, neuromorphic computing, climate tech) for competitive advantage
- Present visionary technology blueprints to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused workshops
- Oversee pilot implementations of experimental technologies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
