Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with organizational goals
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and C-level executives
- Manage innovation incubators and pilot programs for prototype testing
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability in tech implementations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent presentation and executive communication abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
