Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 breakthroughs in quantum AI and climate tech
- Secure government and private research funding ($50M+ annual target)
- Lead consortiums with MIT, Stanford, and NASA on collaborative R&D projects
- Translate complex scientific concepts into market-ready innovation frameworks
- Oversee patent strategy for 50+ emerging technologies annually
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of next-gen AI systems
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE global forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record securing $20M+ in research grants
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Patent portfolio with 10+ granted patents in emerging tech
- Executive presence with TEDx/WSJ publications
