- Develop technology governance frameworks ensuring ethical and sustainable deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and digital transformation
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams and complex projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of ethical technology frameworks and sustainability principles
- Track record of successful technology commercialization and scaling
- Certification in strategic planning or innovation management preferred
