Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaborations
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitive technology developments
- Drive sustainability initiatives in technology deployment and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI)
- Experience presenting at global tech conferences (TED, CES, Web Summit)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization projects
