- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology roadmaps
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech trends
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
