Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across AI, robotics, and sustainable tech domains
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Present future technology frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in next-gen computing and human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Executive presence with experience pitching to C-suite and investors
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
