Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and business objectives

- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development pipelines
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends and their business implications
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investors
