- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $500M+ market disruption potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and quantum security protocols
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and leading academic research institutions
- Present technology forecasts to the board and C-suite with data-driven impact analyses
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology scouts across global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies or commercialized innovations
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., SAMR, STEEP analysis)
