Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech) to identify market opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies across product portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
