Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026 horizon) to inform corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology ecosystem roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early-stage technology adoption
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies and adapt strategies accordingly
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-thinking methodologies and technology assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech development roles
- Proven expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
