Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic chips, carbon-negative computing) to identify market-defining opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen tech with enterprise ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with global sustainability goals
- Manage cross-functional pilot projects with $5M+ R&D budgets
- Present disruptive tech insights to Fortune 500 clients and venture capital partners
- Build and lead a world-class innovation lab in partnership with MIT and Stanford
- Drive commercialization of patented technologies in IoT and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (MS + 10 years experience considered)
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum algorithms, and sustainable tech architectures
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry impact
- Strategic advisory experience with Fortune 100 companies
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese for global partnerships
- Certified in AWS Quantum Technologies and Google Quantum AI
