Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI deployment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive analysis in next-gen tech landscapes (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive patent development for breakthrough innovations
- Partner with product teams to commercialize futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Strong financial modeling for technology ROI forecasting
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with agile development in innovation contexts
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management
