- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 market needs
- Secure R&D funding through compelling investor presentations and grant applications
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on joint innovation projects
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying transformative technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovation specialists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
