Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors and executive stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for emerging technology incubation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology frameworks across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience managing cross-continental remote innovation teams
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or German preferred
