Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology ROI scenarios
- Manage patent portfolios and IP strategy for next-gen innovations
- Coordinate with academic partners (MIT, Stanford, etc.) for research collaborations
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex scenarios
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
