Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology trend analysis to identify disruptive innovations for 2026-2030
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market opportunity assessments for emerging tech verticals
- Partner with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility and implementation pathways
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, research institutions, and startup ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Track record of successfully launching or scaling technology-driven initiatives
