Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify market opportunities by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product lines
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute pilot programs for futuristic solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen systems
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation workshops with industry partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation roles
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology transformation projects
