Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing innovations (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building tech ecosystems with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
