Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with company vision and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford research labs
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external investors
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and measure ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Build relationships with venture capital firms and startup ecosystems
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in implementing AI/ML or quantum computing solutions at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or hardware innovation environments
