Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Create executive briefings on technology ROI and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption success
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging tech evaluation (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience developing 5-year+ technology roadmaps
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
- Published research on future technology trends a plus
