Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or IoT ecosystems
- Strong financial modeling and market analysis capabilities
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
