Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology strategy integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives across 15+ global innovation labs
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Translate emerging research into market-ready product roadmaps with 3-year vision
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor senior engineers in future-proof system design principles
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in quantum computing or advanced AI systems
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and ESG frameworks for sustainable tech
- Experience leading global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
