Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap across quantum computing, biotech, and AI domains
- Identify and vet emerging technologies through market research, patent analysis, and startup scouting
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and scale disruptive innovations
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions, government agencies, and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and implementation plans to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive ethical technology frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or peer-reviewed research
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
