Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design and validate pilot programs for breakthrough solutions in sustainability and human augmentation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven ROI models
- Build ecosystem partnerships with leading research labs and academic institutions
- Drive ethical frameworks for AI deployment and biotechnology governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations with $10M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Bioengineering, or related field
- Experience developing future technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Deep understanding of policy implications for emerging technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or patented innovations
