Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech integration) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology radar system tracking 50+ emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption priorities
- Create detailed implementation roadmaps for pilot programs with measurable ROI targets
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech integration
- Publish quarterly trend briefings and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture teams to evaluate and integrate next-gen startups into our ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech analysis with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, decentralized systems, or synthetic biology
- Track record of converting futuristic concepts into commercial pilots or products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute for the Future) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical executives
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience building cross-functional teams across global organizations
