Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and societal trends
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum AI, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate startup partnerships for technology acquisition
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and lead a specialized future technologies incubation team
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
