Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders, startups, and academic institutions
- Oversee technology adoption frameworks and change management processes
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
