Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market opportunities and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce competitive intelligence reports and risk assessments for emerging tech domains
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at industry forums and thought leadership conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEMS) preferred
