- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen innovations (Web4, neurotech, etc.)
- Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present tech roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market impact
- Build partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast market shifts
- Executive presence with excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
